Love yourself more, how to do it? where to start?

The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself.

To answer the question of how to love yourself more, you have to realize, that, how you feel is the most important feeling, in order to feel joy and happiness, how you feel, must be, your highest priority. You cant control current worldly events, or how other people behave, the only thing you truly have control over, is how you feel and where you put your focus.
Therefor consciously choosing what feels good over what doesn't, that means people, situation and thoughts, will put you on the right momentum.
Keep what feels good, discard what doesn't feel good, this way you connect to source and your true essence, which is pure joy and bliss, that is, your inner most. Grounding and honoring your light, your positive feelings and thoughts.
You are a multidimensional being, an extension of source energy, in a vibrational universe, with many layers from physical, mental, emotional, to your light, to the bliss body that you are, don't underestimate your ability to feel good, and choose it again, and again, clarity, certainty, adventure, expansion, fulfillment, love, humor, fun and easy emotions.
You can live by default, or choose to practice feeling good, that means focusing on what is possible, how good can you allow yourself to feel?
In the scale of emotions, are you practicing the emotional atmosphere that allows the realization of the path you want? expansion is never ending, moving to a new place, a new place, where you were never before, a spacious, playful, abundant, peaceful reality.
In order to maintain your vibration in a positive place you need to focus and have patience, every time you are thinking thoughts, this thoughts are affecting your vibration, so use your power by focusing on what feels good, focusing on what you love, constantly asking yourself, what aspects of my life, do I feel good about?
Negative thoughts, are a sort of psychic self attack and it can come from you or it can come from others, emotional garbage or debris sort of speak, is like putting your hand on a hot stove, or putting your hand in a running blender, that's what negative thoughts feels like. Negative thoughts are bad habits that maybe you learned from your parents, or picked up from friends or family, because they did it, the good news is you can choose not to put your hand in the blender ever again. if it does not feel good, let it go and focus on something else.
`The universe and you, your inner dialogue matters, connect to your self guidance, inner compass, care about how you feel, keep you inner dialogue clean, no self criticism or self defeating self talk`
Knowing what feels good, and what doesn't feel good, reaching for that knowing, gradually will move you in a course of feeling better and better, clarity is the price.
Find what yogis call Santocha or contentment, reach for joy in your life, in all that surrounds you, find alignment, with what you love, what feels good, practice the path of least resistance, freedom from the situation, freedom from the condition, freedom from the known.
Learn to love yourself in such a way that your whole life becomes a poem, like the cherry blossom in spring, love your self more so you let go of anything that no longer serves you, love yourself, this is the foundation of every other love story in your life, love your self enough to have patience and focus. You have the power to choose, choose alignment, choose freedom, you have the power, you have the grace.
