We have combined coaching, new moon intentions and restorative Yoga, lovely guided meditations and a delicious meal, in very intimate setting, providing the relaxation and the peace that you need to focus and manifest your dreams.

Sufi Syluwa, is a spiritual guide, energy healer, and powerful vocalist with many years of experience, she has teamed up with Aliana a yoga instructor, and a meditation teacher, together Sufi Syluwa and Aliana will help you get your intentions clear, focus and put your will power into action, to receive the blessings of your conscious creations, manifestations of your true desires, they will help you feel welcomed and comfortable in their presence, even if you think you are too stiff or too unfit for magic, even if you have never tried yoga or rituals before. They will help you make peace with yourself and your body and feel great just being you! Discover the hidden treasures of the heart.

The new moon phase is an optimal time for planning and seeding your intentions. Seedlings need a period of gestation before they break through the soil and reach for the sunlight. This is also true for our cultivating our ideas and clearing the way for our visions to surface in reality. The dark side of the moon, with its mysterious unseen forces, offers a nurturing environment where our intentions can establish roots before their miraculous manifestations begin to sprout and reach out to the stars.
